I know we are often told to write out our perfect day in many self help books etc. something I’ve realized though when I’ve tried doing this is that it’s not always so simple. We often don’t know what that perfect day should look like until we do more work. Try new things, see how it all feels.

Do this with your habits, it’s okay not to have some perfect round number for the days you’ve completed them to end the year.
