A Haunted House in the South Shuswap
This South Shuswap Haunted House is a must visit over the Halloween week.
It's picking up to be a scary good time in the South Shuswap with this fantastically spooky haunted house built yearly by a White Lake resident.
Cindy Gibbons has been setting up her house for locals to enjoy for many years around Halloween. Taking weeks each fall to painstakingly build walls and pathways on her porch and yard.
It should be noted that Cindy is also always careful that if little ones want to visit that anyone that might be hiding in the displays will not scare them. She puts much pride in creating this as something anyone can enjoy.
The haunted house features 5 separately themed rooms before you even reach the front door of the real home. From there you can step in and take your time to walk down the spooky hallway and into the garage also themed with so much to see.
From the garage you will retrace your steps to the front door and unless you'd like to go through to see the giant spiders and clowns again, you can head out into the yard for much more to see.
The house is open the full week before Halloween night.
October 25 - 30 / 3pm-9pm
For the night of Halloween the house is available for viewing 3pm-11pm
A fire is always waiting for you to cozy up around after going through the haunted house where you can thank Cindy for her dedication to this year after year. Donations are accepted and appreciated to help with yearly costs but Cindy puts this on for the joy of it and nothing is required. She simply hopes that you will come and enjoy.

3326 Lakeview Heights Drive, Sorrento (White Lake)
Approx. 6km from Balmoral TCH. Turn off onto White Lake Road, drive nearly 6km and then turn up to Lakeview Heights Drive. From there you will turn left and follow until you arrive at the home. Please park at the bottom of the driveway.
