In life we often overestimate the power and importance of big defining moments of doing an activity.

It’s easy to believe that if we walk 20KM one day that our life will be forever changed. How could we not suddenly be a size smaller after such an intense feat?

In reality, if you’re not used to 20KM that little walk will have you on the couch for the next 1–2 weeks until your body can get up again.

Now, if you walked say, just 3KM each day? Well, over a week, you’d get a greater distance of 21KM and be able to continue walking each day.

With walking each day consistently you could become better during maybe every 3rd walk by going a few seconds quicker or maybe going further in the same amount of time.

Your small actions daily can get you so much further than you may realize. You could even get to that 20KM standalone walk if you wanted to and without spending days on the couch afterwards.

The same thing works for so much in your life. Small consistent steps, habits, will make massive life alternating changes.

You do need to realize that on a day to day, these habits are probably not going to be very noticeable. That is OKAY!

Making tiny improvements will alwats make a difference if you do them in the long run.
